This site collects personal data in one situation only: when you complete the enquiry form. There is no other tracking.

What we process
The details you enter in the enquiry form: name, organisation, email address, the subject of your enquiry and the message you write.
We collect nothing from any other source and combine it with no other register.
Why
Solely to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible assignment.
The lawful basis is legitimate interest: you contacted us and expect a reply.
The data is never used for marketing or profiling.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising networks or social media tracking pixels.
That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Who sees it
Jari Partanen only.
Data is never sold or disclosed to third parties. The technical providers that host the site and deliver email process the data only to the extent required to deliver your message.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as handling the matter requires, and no longer than two years from the last contact, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You may access the data held about you, correct inaccuracies, request erasure and object to processing.

If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
